We have COD and direct transfer payment options available at check out. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, along with a text message confirming your order details, payment details and pick up address (if selected) or delivery time slot.
Alternatively we have card payments available at checkout.
PALM Platter would like to introduce you to the customisation of your very own box! THE DREAM!!
This means YOU choose the meats, the cheeses, the snacks, the extras, the dips... THE LOT!
The Custom Box comes in a small, medium and large option.
SMALL: This box serves 4-8 people. Please select up to 3 x cheeses
MEDIUM: This box serves 6-10 people. Please select up to 4 x cheeses
LARGE: This boxes serves 10-16 people. Please select up to 6 x cheeses.
We have plenty of options for you to choose from but if there is anything you are after that is not on the drop list, send us as email at palm.penrith@gmail.com and we will do the very best we can to cater for you!

Our custom platter box is the perfect way to create your very own Dream PALM Platter Box!
Simply select your cheeses, charcuterie, antipasto and additions and we do the rest!
Serves between 8-16 people depending on what you choose!

How to add the QR CODE to your order:
Step 1. Add 'Personalised Spotify QR Code' to your order.
Step 2. Go to your Spotify and copy the playlist or song link. (Instructions below)
For your Personalised Playlist E.g. Friday Night Date Night, simply go to the playlist, click the 3 dots, scroll to 'share' and press 'copy link'.
For your Song E.g. 'Be The One' by Dua Lipa, simply go to the song in Spotify, click the 3 dots, scroll to 'share' and press 'copy link'.
Step 3. At check out, add this link to the notes. You are more than welcome to also email us at palm.penrith@gmail.com with the link. From here, we have everything we need to set up this groovy feature to your own platter box or event, whether that be for you or

What days do you open?
We trade Monday to Sunday for both platter boxes and grazing tables, as well as our admin and emails, however please note due to the lead up to Christmas, we have limited spots available, so please do get in early to secure your date!

If we are booked out for a specific day, the date will not be able to be selected on the website. However, please do email us at palm.penrith@gmail.com and we will try our very best to see what we can accomodate!

Yes! We can do gluten free/dairy free/vegetarian/nut free platters! We pride ourselves on our high standard of hygiene practices and take the utmost care when handling and packaging your platter boxes and grazing boards. However in saying that, if you or the recipient have a severe allergy please be aware that we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of traces of gluten and nuts.
