What is your availability?

For our admin and emails, we trade Monday to Sunday and will respond to all Instagram messages, emails and texts/calls as quick as possible. Due to the both of us (Brooke and Sianna) having other jobs and a 5 month old baby, we are very flexible in our availability calendar. Being a best  however please note due to the lead up to Christmas, we have limited spots available, so please do get in early to secure your date!

Who is PALM and where are you located?

PALM is created by best-friend duo Brooke and Sianna. Both of us have a few jobs in which we are extremely passionate in, Brooke being a first time mum with her 5 month old Indi and have our own businesses Treat Yo' Self. by B (Brooke) and Sianna having her own personal training and nutrition business. We have a lot of passion in creating platter boxes and grazing tables, whilst also helping out the community and bringing some happiness and joy into peoples lives. This is where our idea for the QR code came in. You supply us with the Spotify song or playlist link and we do the rest! We provide the food, good vibes and fun tunes - What more could you want?! PALM is located in Penrith, however we do deliver to surrounds in Blue Mountains and Sydney. 

I can't click on the date I want

If we are booked out for a specific day, the date will not be able to be selected on the website. However, please do email us at palm.penrith@gmail.com and we will try our very best to see what we can accomodate! 

How do I do multiple platter boxes for multiple dates?

Please note if you would like to order for a selection of dates, you will have to individually order each box for the desired dates.

If you would like more than one box on the same date to the same delivery address or if you selection local pick up location, you can choose multiple boxes within the one order.

How does the QR Code work?

The QR code is a lil' something fun and a great personal touch to add to your very own platter box, event or a gift to someone special. Whether this be a song that reminds you of them, a playlist for your date night, hens/bucks night or girls night in, we have you covered! 

Step 1. Add 'Personalised Spotify QR Code' to your order.

Step 2. Go to your Spotify and copy the playlist or song link. (Instructions below)

For your Personalised Playlist E.g. Friday Night Date Night, simply go to the playlist, click the 3 dots, scroll to 'share' and press 'copy link'. 

For your Song E.g. 'Be The One' by Dua Lipa, simply go to the song in Spotify, click the 3 dots, scroll to 'share' and press 'copy link'. 

Step 3. At check out, add this link to the notes. You are more than welcome to also email us at palm.penrith@gmail.com with the link. From here, we have everything we need to set up this groovy feature to your own platter box or event, whether that be for you or a surprise box for someone special.

Can I send your platters as a gift?

Absolutely! Our products have a section where you can leave a gift note to be attached to the order - be sure to leave a name at the end of the note so that the recipient knows who the delivery is from as none of our deliveries are sent with the billing/invoice information

What happens if the recipient is not home when the courier is attempting delivery?

Orders will be left at the front door if the recipient is not home to accept the delivery.  If the recipient is in a security block, we will make contact using the contact number provided in the shipping address to get in touch. Unfortunately being such a small business, re-deliveries are not currently feasible for us so it is extremely important for the recipient to be available to take delivery at the selected delivery time

How far in advance do I need to order?

This is completely up to you, you can wait until 3 days before the event to place your order however, it means you’re running the risk of your date becoming unavailable due to other bookings! We recommend shooting us an email just to let me know what date your event is on and we'll pencil you in.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery charges are calculated depending on location, we offer local delivery as well as free pick up from our Penrith store.

How do I know your availability?

There is a calendar where you can book your date during the checkout process. Unavailable dates will be blacked out. 

Do you cater for people with special requirements?

Yes! We can do gluten free/dairy free/vegetarian/nut free platters! We pride ourselves on our high standard of hygiene practices and take the utmost care when handling and packaging your platter boxes and grazing boards. However in saying that, if you or the recipient have a severe allergy please be aware that we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of traces of gluten and nuts. 

Can we customise the platter / graze?

Yes! We want your experience with PALM to be as positive as possible. We will bend over backwards to ensure your order is perfectly suited to your wants and needs! Don't hesitate to tell us about your brie obsession, we will make sure to put extra extra on your board for you!!

What is your cancellation policy?

We work on a 'first in best dressed' structure, which means that securing your event in our calendars, means that it is highly likely that we turn back multiple other requests for the same date. Because of this, we have a firm cancellation policy.

a. In the case of cancellations notified thirty one (31) business days or more, PALM will refund the full amount paid.
b. In the case of cancellations notified between six (6) and thirty (30) business days’ notice, PALM will retain the full amount paid and the customer will be issued a credit note.
c. In the case of a cancellation notified five (5) business days or less notice, PALM will retain the full amount paid.
